PBG Best Care, Inc. is a family owned and operated Residential Service Agency (RSA) incorporated in 2015, to provide compassionate and professional care to senior citizens of Montgomery County and neighboring counties in Maryland.
Gerrie Ann, the founder of PBG Best Care, Inc., was fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with relatives in the health and finance industries from whom she learned the ropes of the caregiving industry. An immigrant from the Philippines and a single parent with two sons, Gerrie Ann worked as a caregiver , a staffing coordinator, marketer and chief of operations. With fifteen years of home care experience, her Doctorate in Psychology degree, and an entrepreneurial spirit inherited from her mother, Rhoda Bondad, she founded PBG Best Care, Inc. She has dedicated this endeavor to her two sons (Patrick and Billy), thus the name PBG Best Care, Inc.
Both sons are now with PBG Best Care, Inc. John William Cheng II (Billy) is the Chief of Operations, and Patrick Cheng is the Business Analyst. Billy is equipped with a Public Health degree and Patrick with a Masters in Business Administration.
It is the company’s mission to provide senior citizens with compassionate and professional care to ensure dignity and comfort as they enjoy the fruits of their life time experiences in the comforts of their homes.
